In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Orders can be cancelled until the time they are processed (products or services). Once an order is processed, for all products and services (other than food items), orders can be cancelled until the product is delivered/picked up, or services rendered. Orders for food cannot be cancelled once processed. Orders will normally get processed within 24 hours, depending on the type of the order, order size and the Shop.
There will be no refund provided once food item orders are processed. For all other items, refunds will be based on a case by case basis. If the final price of an item is found to be lower than what was charged while processing the order, the customer will be refunded the difference in price. If an order is cancelled as per the cancellation policy, if online payment option is used to pay for the order, refund will be provided based on the payment providers policy on the time it takes them to process a refund (typically between 5 and 7 business days).
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, refund will be made to the same account.
